Acogedor apartamento MarBarcelona Cas Bx

Lovely apartment, bit pricey Positive: Was a lovely property and you were left to it really, never met anyone that stayed there while there and was relatively quiet, was it worth the money, probably not but it did the job Negative: That it had no windows and could even open one, kind of felt a bit claustrophobic which is why we were constantly out, pillows were like pieces of paper, did message and ask for more and were told they would try, never received, lack of towels, yet again did ask the lady when she came to collect our tourist tax and was told no, do appreciate that there is washing machine, but with no window was hard for them to dry, eg we got one big towel and one small for a 3 night stay

Positive: Hotel location in the Town, it's convenient of buying food and taking metro. Negative: No slipper

Positive: Nice cozy and comfortable place. Very well maintained. Clean Negative: Instructions on how to use the appliances would have been great. More toiletries like shampoo and tooth brush would have been a plus. The prices are a little too high for the services offered. This is not a premium apartment. It's a budget offering.

The communication and check in / check out process was all very good, thank you for that. Unfortunately we found the bed & pillows very uncomfortable, and there was no shampo (only body wash). As I find the bed comfort one of the more important parts of a stay, I have rated the property 3/5, however other than that everything else was okay!
